Ladies Lifting

The Iron Maidens:
This team is a supportive group of women at all levels of fitness and weight lifting experience. ALL ladies are welcome! We start each work out with warm-ups and muscle activation activities. Next, we engage in strength training focused on bench press, squat, and deadlift. Finisher activities include dumbbell and machine work.

On Mondays, the focus is on upper body strength and on Wednesdays, the focus is on lower body strength. Learn More Here

This Ladies Only, Strength/Cardio/ Yoga Fusion Class is designed to increase cardiovascular health, functional strength, and flexibility.

Classes are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays 9:00am-9:45am and Saturdays from 7:30-8:15am.
