TINY TOTS

AGE 1 - 3.5

A parent-child, playful, movement class designed to improve coordination, strength, and balance. Parents will engage in class with their child.  Tiny Tots introduces children to developmentally appropriate movements and pre-strength training exercises through the use of music, games, and activities. Coach Sarah plans fun and interesting challenges during each class to keep children, and their parents, motivated and engaged.

AGE 3.5 - 6

Power Tots introduces children to developmentally appropriate movements and pre-strength training exercises through the use of music, games, and activities. Coach Sarah plans fun and interesting challenges during each class to keep children motivated and engaged.

AGE 7 - 9

 PRIMAL-Kids 1 Training introduces children ages 7-9 to developmentally appropriate and differentiated strength training. Coach Brooks plans fun and interesting challenges during each workout to keep children motivated and engaged.

AGE 10 - 12

PRIMAL-Kids 2 Training introduces children ages 10-12 to developmentally appropriate and differentiated strength training. Coach Brooks plans fun and interesting challenges during each workout to keep children motivated and engaged.

AGE 13 - 17

For some youth in our community, organized sports just doesn’t fit their needs. Some teens need differentiated stimulation and movement to stay active and healthy. The PRIMAL Pyramid Program provides teens with guidance, practice and information - along with apprenticeship to become stronger versions of themselves.  Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30PM and Weekends at 9AM.
